About

My name’s Justin Bauer and I absolutely love all things creative. I’ve always had an artistic eye for as long as I can remember. Having had a traumatic brain injury as a newborn, I’ve always strived to overcome challenges, sometimes looking at things from different, and often more artistic and creative angles. This has allowed me to graduate from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film/Television Production.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in photo and video production, editing, marketing, and social media management. This experience has led me to outperform and achieve strong growth in every job I’ve held. I’ve worked and been a crucial part of major projects in a wide-array of industries from music and entertainment, aerospace and education, to technology and retail.

Social Media - Arch Enemy (2022 - 2023)

Managed Arch Enemy’s social media content including photos, videos, live content, interviews, and other campaigns for their “Deceivers” album release and tour. Provided content for 66 shows including a US tour, summer festivals in Europe, a full Europe tour, and a South American tour. Also handled aspects of managing the VIP Meet & Greets with the band, artist security, transportation logistics, all while filming/photographing, and editing daily content for their channels.

Sony Home Theater & Digital Imaging Trainer (2018 - 2022)

Working with both retail store associates and customers to provide the best home theater, digital imaging, and wireless audio experiences via Sony products. Training retail employees on new and exciting Sony products from TVs, Projectors, pro audio solutions to mirrorless, broadcast, and cinema cameras. Consistently hit targets above 100% across multiple stores covered.

class moderator - Colorado State University (2014 - 2018)

Provided world class support for in-class and distance students enrolled in Masters level Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, Project Management, and Risk Analysis classes at CSU. Program headed by Dr. Ron Sega: former Under-Secretary of the US Air Force and NASA Astronaut, (STS-60, STS-76). Worked alongside several high-ranking military personnel during large presentations hosted at United Launch Alliance.

Provided expert camera support and assistance to both amateur and professional clientele at Best Buy: Park Meadows, the largest and highest volume store in Colorado. Consistently exceeded goals as well as provided valuable training for aspiring photographers. Was the Store MVP (Q4 Holiday, 2015). Almost 10 years of experience in management of digital media content including, but not limited to: daily videos from tour, photos, social media content, promotional content, artist collaborations, on-camera reporting, video editing, sponsorship relationships, marketing to drive ticket sales, + more.
